活动设置四个板块，分为主体展示区、表演区、体验区和互动区。主体展示区由4大4小共8块图文并茂的展板及4件文物仿制品组成，4大展板从“名都自古并州”诗句的由来切入，加以对晋阳、并州、太原三个称谓来源的阐释，呈现太原的历史脉络和太原深厚的历史文化。4小展板以展板配文物仿制品的形式，分“览晋国历史、显晋阳风华”“赏国宝精粹、品晋阳文化”两个维度进一步深化主题。

“我认为这并不等同于在北京‘买房’，因为并没有获得房产的完整使用权，生活上的实际利用价值非常有限。”王玉臣认为，按份额购买房产在法律上是允许的，但在实际生活中可能会带来一系列的复杂问题，特别是在与共有人的关系处理上。
